Were they not banned in the US too?
I'm thinking, if you live in an apartment, whats the big deal? cuz there are no stairs for the child to fall down, and even then - we all have gates on the top of our stairs anyways.
Yes, but our parents didn't give a damn about our safety, that's the only reason why so many of us fell down the stairs.... Do not give in to the temptation.
